The Working Group of the Information Literacy Librarian Cooperation Council has just published report "Towards Information Literacy in English Public Libraries" , which presents the theoretical foundations of information literacy applied to the field of public libraries and, most importantly, it provides a situation analysis of information literacy in English public libraries. Includes relevant literature on the subject.
